Bootcamp is a workout that combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements for a full-body challenge.  Focusing on endurance, strength and agility, using bodyweight, weights, and interval training to maximize results.   Low impact option is available at 4:30pm

FIT OVER 50

A class designed to help adults stay active, strong, and mobile through low impact exercises that improve balance, flexibility, and overall strength.  These class incorporate bodyweight movements, resistance training and functional exercises to support daily activities and to prevent injury.

ZUMBA/ZUMBA GOLD

Zumba is a high-energy dance workout that combines music with fun, easy to follow movements, making it a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness while having fun.   Zumba Gold is a modified version with lower intensity moves that focus on balance,, range of motion, and coordination.  chair is optional

30 mins of stretching, focusing on improving flexibility, mobility, and relaxation through guided stretching exercises.
